Muscular System

You could be forgiven for forgetting that the muscles are organs just like your kidneys, stomach or liver and are fuelled by the other two movement systems of the body: Nervous stimulation via the spine and movement of the skeleton and fuel via food and the digestive system.

With this dependence on the organs and skeleton we can start to understand why we experience postural and movement weakness that just doesn't improve with training alone!

Only once we have re-organised your structure, is it time to condition the muscles to control your body once again. This is achieved by taking the key areas (ankle, knees, pelvis, spine and shoulders) through a series of movement patterns in all directions.

This will re-educate the muscles to stabilise the joints and prepare your body for every movement eventuality!
