Movement3 Therapy Series
Foot, Ankle & Knee
The foot is our link with the floor and the interaction between the two is the spark which ignites the bio-mechanical chain reaction essential for efficient movement.
Learn how to assess the foot based upon the understanding of how it should move and interact with the floor during movement. Then using this understanding as a foundation you can then learn how to prescribe exercises that promote movement and control in the foot and ankle.
Once we have mastered the ankle we then move up to the body's suspension system - the knee!
Learn how the ankle and the hip affect the function of the knee and how to effectively prescribe exercises that allow all of these key anatomical segments to work in harmony.
