Hips & Pelvis
With the sacrum and pelvis being the balance centre of the body, this seems the only place to start the corrective process. Learn how to re-position the pelvic bones in order to create a solid foundation for the spine.
We then focus our attention on re-sequencing the often-neglected muscles of the hips to take the take the pressure off of the lower back and knees.
Finally we go through a series of exercises in all directions to cement the integrity of the pelvis and maintain our flexibility and strength in this key anatomical area.
