Program Design
In this workshop we revise all of the techniques learnt in the previous hips, spine, ankle, and shoulder, so that we can paint the bigger picture and bring all of them together.
In this workshop you will learn how to enhance movement throughout the entire chain by focusing on how to integrate flexibility and strength within your program.
We will then discuss the benefits of each training modality (unstable surfaces, cables, free weights) and how each can be positioned in the program for maximum effectiveness.
Finally, learn how to manipulate the conditioning variables to manage fatigue and create an extremely challenging and functional conditioning experience.
